David M. Rigg , , P.Geo., , , Chairman

David has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, including work on exploration and mine development programs in Ontario and Quebec. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Alexis Minerals Corporation. He has worked for Agnico Eagle Mines in Val d’Or, Quebec in various capacities including Exploration Manager Agnico Eagle Mines and has gained international experience in Africa and Sweden. He contributed to the discovery of the Musselwhite Mine and was a member of the Laronde Mine discovery team awarded Prospector of the Year award by the QPA in 1995. Mr. Rigg obtained a B.A. and M.A. from King’s College, Cambridge University, England in 1978 and a M.Sc. at Queens University in 1980.

François Perron , , , President & CEO

Mr. Perron was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Goose Resources until its sale to Kodiak Exploration in 2010. Prior to joining Golden Goose Resources, Mr. Perron was a portfolio manager, managing various resource funds for NBC Alternative Assets in 2008 and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, he was recognized by Brendan Woods International as a Top Gun Asset Manager in Mining. Prior to fund management, he was a research analyst covering the forest product sector at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Perron is also a director of Yorbeau Resources Inc., which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from McMaster University and an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

Robert Bryce , , P.Eng., , , Director

Robert is a mining engineer with over 43 years experience in the mining industry. He has been involved in all aspects of operations and management at various mines from Vice President of Mining Operations at Aur Resources Inc. to his current position as Chairman and President of XEMAC Resources Inc. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CIM).

Maurice J. Colson , , , Director

Maurice has been associated with investment banking for over 30 years, mainly in the oil and gas industry. He was Managing Director for a major Canadian Investment Dealer in Europe and was Vice-President of First Marathon Securities Ltd., where he was one of the original partners and shareholders.

Chantal Lavoie , , P.Eng , , Director

Mr. Lavoie is a Professional Mining Engineer with extensive experience in mining operations and projects. Mr. Lavoie has spent the last eight years at De Beers Canada Inc. ("De Beers") where he was responsible for the Canadian operations of De Beers including Snap Lake and Victor mines, the Gahcho Kue project and was acting CEO of De Beers. Mr. Lavoie has also worked for Barrick Gold Corporation at Goldstrike in Nevada and Aur Resources Inc. at the former Louvicourt mine. He is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Crocodile Gold Corp.
