Officers

François Perron ,President & CEO

Mr. Perron was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Goose Resources until its sale to Kodiak Exploration in 2010. Prior to joining Golden Goose Resources, Mr. Perron was a portfolio manager, managing various resource funds for NBC Alternative Assets in 2008 and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, he was recognized by Brendan Woods International as a Top Gun Asset Manager in Mining. Prior to fund management, he was a research analyst covering the forest product sector at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Perron is also a director of Yorbeau Resources Inc., which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He has a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from McMaster University and an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

Deborah Battiston ,Chief Financial Officer

Deborah Battiston is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience. At present, she is the Chief Financial Officer of a number of Canadian public companies in the mining sector. She has broad international experience having dealt with companies in over fourteen countries and having lived in Japan for several years. She has obtained a B.A. in Economics from the University of Guelph.

Jean Girard , P. Eng.,Exploration Manager

Mr. Girard has been involved in Quebec Exploration for more than 30 years and brings to Alexis a wealth of exploration and development experience. Jean was most recently the Vice President of Exploration for Campbell Resources Inc.

Operations

Mr. Patrick Sévigny ,Vice President, Quebec Operations

Mr. Gerald J. Thornton Jr. ,Vice President, Manitoba Operations

Mr. Thornton brings over 20 years of experience managing both productivity and strategic growth initiatives for companies with operations in North America, Europe and Kazakhstan. Prior to joining Alexis, Mr. Thornton held the position of General Manager of Operations and Development for Joint Venture Inkai (JVI), a joint venture between Cameco and the Kazakhstan government. At JVI, Mr. Thornton was responsible for the transition and growth of JVI from a 200/tonne year operation to a full scale, world class commercial 2000 tonne/year operation. Mr. Thornton earned his BSc in Mining Engineering from the University of Minnesota where he also attended the Executive Program of the Carlson School of Business.
